I chose to do a project about abs because I love to workout and working out abs are my favorite. Their hard to keep up with by eating healthy everyday and having to watch people around you eat junk food and fast food and you can't have any or you won't achieve the dream body you want. Its hard to constantly change your ab workouts but its fun trying new things and you just see your self becoming skinnier and your abs getting harder and its amazing and the results is the motivation that keeps me going. eating healthy and working out made me feel better in general because I'm more active now and I feel good about my body.
